POLICIES
All packages must be paid in full upon first ultrasound
*For single sessions -If 3D/4D cannot be successfully done due to baby position, 1 makeup session (prices may vary) if gestational age permits, The Rose package excluded *
*The best gestational age for a full view of baby face is between 29-36 weeks, schedule sessions accordingly, pictures vary among clients based on many factors Therefore, no refunds *
*Our time is all valuable; to prevent No Show appointments, all appointments are required to submit a $50-dollar non-refundable downpayment. The $50 dollars will be subtracted from your total service cost but will not be refunded if the appointment is No Showed *
Reschedule of No Shows will not be permitted
Things come up, that's ok! You may reschedule your appointment any time up to the day of your appointment! The required $50 dollars will transfer to your rescheduled appointment!
Need to Cancel and not reschedule -No problem as long as the appointment is cancelled PRIOR to your appointment time you may cancel. Monies will only be refunded if there is a medical reason you cannot reschedule your appointment: example: delivery, a doctor's note is required for medical emergencies.
